Library Procedure Handbook

Lost and Found Procedure

  • When you find an item that belongs to someone else, put a sticky note on it with the date and your initials. Then put it in our lost and found bin on top of the mini fridge in the back room.
  • If you know whom it belongs to then include their name and student ID on the sticky note and then email or call the person to let them know we have found their item.
  • No item should be held for more than a month. If no one claims it in the given time, give the item to student service desk to put in their lost and found.
